The staff of Hartley operates under clearly defined policies
and procedures. All personnel have been fully trained and are certified annually in the accurate and aseptic compounding of medications. All are fully gowned at all times during sterile compounding. In addition, staff-compounded final products are randomly tested for bacteria on a monthly basis.
